Hugh was treated with the utmost care and consideration at home by the palliative team at City Hospice during the last weeks of his life. City Hospice is not a bedded unit. Instead, they offer care and support to their patients in their own homes. They spend time understanding the preferences of those they care for and where they wish to stay. Their team work with patients and their families to support whatever their choice might be.
